Krampus has a problem


Frame 1: Solstice Goat finds Krampus sitting disconsolately in the snow beneat the window of a house. "What's wrong, Krampus?" "oh hi, Solstice Goat. Sigh...i used to knw which kids were the bad ones." Frame 2: Krampus continues. "They used to give other kids wedgies." we see a big girl yanking the underwear up on a little kid. Frame 3: "...and swirlies." We see a bihg boy holding a little kid by the ankles over a flushing toilet. Frame 4: "now they barely move! how do I know who to punsh?" We see Krampus and the Goat peering through the window into a living room where three children sit on the sofa, each one staring blank-eyed into an electronic device - phone, ipad, computer.

Green Dog Cafe: Krampus at Work

Frame 1: Krampus chasing a terrified boy through a snowy landscape, shouting “C’mere brat!” - over his shoulder, Krampus carries a burlap sack from which cries and shrieks emanate. Frame 2: Krampus stops, hands on knees, puffing. the sack, bigger now, wobbles and struggles. Frame 3: Krampus chasing a terrified girl and shouting “Grrr! Rotten kid!!” as Solstice Goat walks up and watches. smiling. Frame 4: Solstice Goat says, “Busy day?” Krampus stuffing a kid into his bulging bag, says, “Yup. Good thing I’m an extrovert.”

Green Dog Cafe Solstice 2019

Krampus and the Solstice Goat are catching up over a cup of coffee. Goat: So Krampus did you collect a lot of bad children? Krampus: No, just politicians. Goat: Bet you could use some cheering up. Want to come on rounds with me? Krampus: that sounds like fun! Meanwhile at the Green Dog Cafe our heros eagerly look out the window into the night. BokChoi: There! There's the Solstice Goat! Earl: The goat isn't alone. Last panel: Goat and Krampus handing out presents to the terrified staff of the Green Dog Cafe. Krampus: Don't worry. I'm off duty.
